MAGVENT
Air & Dirt Separators
Modern boilers have very low water content, making them vulnerable to accumulated deposits (dirt) causing boiler failure. The main reason for appliance breakdown is this dirty water.
System cleansing and water treatment is now vital and necessary to the welfare and prolonged existence of the boiler/chiller plant.
The Magvent is comprised of a very fine stainless-steel strainer capable of removing air, microbubbles, and magnetite. Inside the body of our unit is also a high-gauss magnetic rod, these two elements combined together provide a very powerful cleaning device. As the water flows through the unit the magnetite is attracted to the magnetic rod and even the smallest particles down to 5 micron and less are collected. All magnetite which flows through the unit will be removed 100%.

How does the MagVent work?

FAQS
The MagVent combines a fine stainless-steel strainer with a high-gauss magnetic rod. As system water passes through the unit, ferrous magnetite is attracted to the magnetic rod while smaller dirt particles are captured by the separator.
The MagVent is designed to collect fine dirt and magnetite particles down to approximately 5 microns and less, while also helping remove air and microbubbles from the system.
