LOW LOSS HEADERS

Low loss headers are used to maintain the correct flow of water through the boiler and allow a constant temperature supply of water to multiple heating circuits.

We have the ability to fabricate mild steel and stainless steel low loss headers to any dimension you require.

• Bespoke Specification
  Our Low loss headers can be built in mild or stainless steel and are manufactured to withstand a max of 110°C and a pressure of 10 bar as standard although we can make higher specification units if required.
  Unlike other manufacturers we don’t limit how many connections you may include as we build the header to match the specifications detailed in your technical drawing.
• Additional Requirements
  We can also install additional items within the header such as stainless steel membranes and magnetic rods which act as an air, dirt and magnetite separator as well as stainless steel air vents and drain off connections.
